About Us

Windmill, Etc. was created from the combination of skills from our various experiences to a well rounded company.

We bring administrative experience from a variety of small and large industries. This includes office management and dispatching experience for a small automotive company, as well as administrative assistant experience for Directors and Managers at large corporations. We also have experience as Human Resources Assistant, Recruiter, Background Investigator and Events Coordinator in the corporate setting.

Janet Crownover, owner of Windmills, Etc. is a proud graudate of Univeristy of VAs, 2007.
